The original founder and director has over 30 years experience from within the workforce sector and leads the business by focusing on providing first class services and delivering qualified personnel. Possessing a broad range of specialty skills including mobile and tower crane supply to the building and construction industry and facilitating the transport of coal and other materials inside the heavy haulage industry, the leadership and executive team of i-recruit have a firsthand working knowledge of the everyday demands of big businesses.
i-recruit commenced in 1999 as Linddales Personnel and boasts an impressive client list including major brands from within the Building and Construction Industry plus National and Local Commercial entities as well as long standing relevant partnerships with related industry bodies.
The first office was opened on the Gold Coast. Over the following ten years, branches were opened in Brisbane, Townsville, Coffs Harbour, Gladstone and at the Gateway Upgrade Project in Brisbane. Various other on site offices were also utilized across major projects nationally. In 2009 The Company was the proud recipient of the Gold Coast Business Excellence Awards and continued to grow with a proven track record of competitiveness, excellence in service and speedy product delivery.
In 2010, the organisation was proudly ranked at No 46 in the QBR Q400; in recognition of Queensland’s privately owned companies and their achievements under strong leadership.
In 2011, Linddales undertook a corporate re-branding strategy and became i-recruit.
